53two Theatre – Ticketing Terms & Conditions

View our Privacy Policy →53two Theatre ("we", "us", "our") is a charitable theatre based in Manchester, Greater Manchester, England. All ticket sales are processed via Fifty Three Two Events (the "Ticketing Operator") on behalf of the charity.
2.1 All tickets are sold subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions. 2.2 A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. 2.3 It is the customer's responsibility to check booking details at the time of purchase.
3.1 Ticket prices are displayed at the time of booking. 3.2 Booking fees and transaction fees may apply and will be clearly stated before purchase. 3.3 Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where booking protection has been purchased.
4.1 Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled. 4.2 Booking fees, transaction fees, and booking protection fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. 4.3 Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change programme details. Cancelled events will be refunded or rescheduled.
Booking protection allows a refund of the ticket price only if the qualifying conditions are met. Booking protection fees are non-refundable.
7.1 Donations are collected by Fifty Three Two Events and transferred to the charity within 7 days. 7.2 Donations are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
By selecting Gift Aid, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand your obligations. Gift Aid applies only to donations.
9.1 We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise likely to negatively affect the enjoyment, safety, or wellbeing of other attendees, performers, volunteers, or staff. 9.2 Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance or may be refused entry at our discretion.
10.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at an event. 10.2 We are not responsible for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged at the venue. 10.3 We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by customers in connection with an event, except where required by law.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, pandemics, industrial action, acts of government, utility failures, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Events may be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled in such circumstances.
12.1 We collect and process personal information including names, email addresses, booking details, donation information, and other information necessary to administer ticket sales, donations, event attendance, customer communications, and related services. 12.2 Payment card information is processed securely by Stripe, our payment service provider. Payment card details are not stored by 53two Theatre or Fifty Three Two Events. 12.3 Customer information may be stored and processed using trusted third-party service providers, including Base44, which acts as a data processor on our behalf for ticketing, customer management, event administration, customer support, and related operational purposes. 12.4 Personal data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws, including data processing agreements, contractual protections, and other lawful transfer mechanisms where required. 12.5 We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Our service providers may employ security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, independently audited security controls, and recognised information security management standards. 12.6 We will not sell personal information to third parties. Personal information may be shared only with service providers who assist us in operating our services, where required by law, or where otherwise permitted by applicable legislation. 12.7 Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, administer charitable activities, and enforce our agreements. 12.8 Individuals have rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability where applicable. Requests relating to personal data should be submitted using the contact details provided on our website. 12.9 By purchasing tickets, making donations, creating an account, joining a waiting list, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 13.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 13.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
